What is DTF?
Direct-to-film, in plain words
DTF stands for direct-to-film. It’s how we put full-color designs on fabric without a minimum order.
On a thin film
We print your design in full color onto a special film, so photos and gradients come out sharp.
With heat
We lay the film on your shirt and heat-press it on.
The print stays
The film peels away and the print stays on the fabric, soft and flexible.

DTF printing questions
Do you sell the shirts?
No. You bring the garments, new or old, and we print on them. Any brand, any size.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One shirt is fine, and so is a hundred.
What can you print on?
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats and tote bags, even sneakers. Cotton, polyester and blends all work.
How big can the print be?
Up to 12 inches on the longest side. We can print on the front, the back or both.
How should I wash it?
Turn it inside out and wash it cold. Skip the dryer if you can, and don’t iron right on the print.
What should I send for my design?
The best file you have, like a PDF, SVG or a large PNG. A photo or a sketch works too: we can clean it up for you. You see a free digital proof before we print.
